We adopt project methodology depending on the complexity, scope and desired time frame for a project. We primarily follow an indigenous combination of RAD and Iterative model, where we have staged deliveries or Prototypes. Our team also has sufficient exposure to methodologies like RUP and XP (Extreme Programming).
